HOME DELIVERY SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Woolworth declares that
it does not sell any infringing goods in the course of business to the United
Kingdom or any country in Europe.
- Please also note that our
goods are NOT offered for sale in the United Kingdom or any countries in
Europe. We will not respond to any such enquiries.
- We are not able to offer
our Home Delivery Services to restricted areas.
- Our Home Delivery Service
does not apply to breakables and display items sold, and to addresses where
goods cannot be delivered via stairs but have to go through the balcony on
arrival, flats on the 9th floor or above in buildings without elevators or
floating homes (boathouse or yacht).
- An administration fee of
$150 will be charged for delivery order re-schedulling made on one day before
the delivery date or due to no one being at home to receive the order. The
re-schduelling delivery date should be at least three days after the re-schduelling
request.
- The deliveries will be
supended under bad weather conditions, such as rain with thunderstorm, when
typhoon No.8 is hosted, a black rainstorm warning is in effect or when ships
are supended, serious flooding occurs or roads are blocked or closed due to
weather factor. Delivery appointment will be re-arrange at no additional
charge.
OUTLYING ISLANDS HOME DELIVERY SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Outlying Islands refer to
Lantau Island or Discovery Bay (areas accessible by the Tung Chung Road south
of Shek Mun Kap Road on Lantau), Lamma Island, Cheung and Peng Chau. Each
island is designated with a specific date.
- There will be additional
delivery charge of $250 for each stairs up.
- All re-schedulling of
delivery, additonal purcahses, new sales memos and amendments myust be made 3
days before the scheduled delivery date, otherwise, a double delivery charge
will be incurred.
- Delivery failure due to
no one answering the door upon the arrival of goods at the appointed time, or
to circumstantial limitations such as the entrance being too small, will
require a rescheduled delivery and therefore incur double delivery charges.
